The two characters 有田 stacked toward the right side of the photo at its top are "Arita", the well-known kiln area in Saga Prefecture.
The other three characters, 玉江製, are stacked at the lower left of the photo. The first two are indicated in an online dictionary to be pronounced together as "Tamae", which can be a place name, surname or feminine given name. Another pronunciation of these two characters is "Tonoe", which is a place name. The last character is pronounced "Sei" and means "made by or at". There may be other possibilities. I could not find any place in the Arita (Saga Prefecture) area with the name "玉江" searching Google Maps. These characters mean "Jade River".
Perhaps our Japanese savants can take a shot at this.
Good luck,
Bill H.
