Subject:Chinese Painting Identification

One of two similar paintings from the same collection. Hoping someone can translate the writing. Any idea about who the artist might be or from what time-period? It appears to be original painting on silk mounted on board. Many thanks for your help !! Note the small deer in bottom right corner.

畧仿仇瑛大意　-　Following the Example of *Qin Ying
冩於申江客次　-　Painted at *Shenjiang as Guest
梅華居士畫法　-　by the Brushwork of *Meihua (Plum Flower) Retired Scholar - Pseudonym -

* Qin Ying 仇英 1497-1552
Literati painter and calligrapher
Note, on your picture the name is written mistaken 仇瑛 !
*Shenjiang; old name for Shanghai
* Meihua (Plum Flower) Retired Scholar
I can't find this pseudonym anywhere.

Serious investigation would be needed to determine if it is genuine.
