Subject:Jade animal bowl, old or not?
Posted By: Peter Allen Mon, Sep 20, 2021 IP: 223.205.220.162 I got this from an old guy in Thailand. It was his fathers who worked with traditional medicines. It is about 20cm long, 14cm wide and 8cm high.Heavy, cool to the touch and will not scratch with a knife. I have no idea how old it is. The grayish color spots look like imbedded linen fibers, but I know it is not linen. Just fibers in the stone. How old could it be? It is original or a copy? Thank you. |
