Subject:Mark Large Vase

I searched through gotheborg for a bit, but was unable to find an exact match to this mark. I saw some similarities between this and the marks for Arita (Imari) marks. I assume this piece is Japanese, is this correct? Can anyone tell me what the mark says? Thanks for the help as always.

Hi Brett,

You're right about Japanese but you have to search on "Satsuma" (like) instead of Arita.

try Kinkozan sei (made by Kinkozan) to compare.

The mark reads: Kinkozan 錦光山 Sei 製 (Made by Kinkozan), Satsuma ware early 20th C.
