Can someone help with the writing? I would like to know what it says. Also with red signature. Thank you in advance.

純銀製 天神様 - Junginsei Tenjin-sama
Pure Silver Made Tenjin-sama (Sky Deity),
in the Shinto religion it is the deity of scholarship- it is the deification of Sugawara no Michizane (845-903), the famous scholar and poet of the Heian period.

This is the poem written by Sugawara no Michizane when he was sent into exile.

藤原道真公歌 - Poem by Lord Fujiwara Michizane
東風吹かば香ひ於古せよ 梅
主なしとて春を忘るな
Kochi fukaba nihoi okoseyo ume
Nushi nashi tote haru wo wasururu na

When the east winds blow, let it send your fragrance , oh plum blossom,
although, your master is gone, do not forget the spring
