Subject:Signed - Decorated Oriental Figurine

Good day all.
I wonder whether anyone can identify this chap. He is made from a heavy material and I'm not certain whether it is resin...but reasonably confident it is not bone. The details in his garments are wonderful. On the bottom there is a signature.
Does anyone recognise the signature, or have ideas about his origins (Chinese/Japanese)?

Bottom marking reads,
柳月　-　Ryugetsu
Famous late Meiji period netsuke carver (Japanese)
