That is a so-called "Temple Rubbing" from Thailand. Untold thousands were sold yearly in Bangkok to international travelers and military personnel visiting for rest and recuperation during the Vietnam War years. I believe most temples in Thailand have been protected for years from destructive practices such as making rubbings. So while there may be a few genuine rubbings on the market, most of these things found today probably are made by other than harmful processes such as physically rubbing paper over an actual old temple carving.
Since many of these items are found in the marketplace these days, the going rates are fairly inexpensive. Here are some ebay examples. Since only you know the dimensions of yours, you can look around for relevant sizes to get an idea of what yours is worth.
