Subject:JAPANESE? VASE
Posted By: SKIPPY Sat, Dec 01, 2018 IP: 2600:1700:9981:47b0:

18 inches high. Please note faded signature on bottom. Japanese? Artist? Age? Design name? Value? Japanese art nouveau? Mon or monsho at top?

It's a Japanese vase, one of a pair, because the marking reads: Hidari 左 (= left) - Shichi 七 (= 7).
This kind of markings are usually found on Kyoto Satsuma. Age: first decades of the 20th C.
I could not find the mon in my book, but I probably won't have them all.
As far as the value is concerned: I can not judge that, value is a very subjective issue.
Regards,
Martin.
