I think that this nice teapot is from beginning of 20th century. Am I right? What means the inscription and seal on the bottom of teapot?

丁丑年冬　　-　Year of Fire-Buffalo (...1997)
石雲■　　　-　Shi Yun■　(Last character illegible)
Bottom mark,
陳國良制　　　-　Chen Guoliang　Made
1954 born master of Yixing Zisha
