Hello everyone. I would greatly appreciate your help in identifying the writing and seals on this silk painting I received from a grandmother. She bought it while in China in 1981.

My reading of inscriptions,
鳥話花香　-　Birds sing and flowers give forth fragrance (as on a fine spring day)
作於　桂山　-　Made at Guishan
Seals,
明志　-　Showing high ideals (Leisure seal)
Others are faked seals of Imperial collections;
御書　-　Imperial Books (Seal of the Imperial Library)
養心殿鑑藏寶　-　Treasure Stored in the Hall of Mental Cultivation

Thank you for the translations.
Still a pretty piece, even with the fake seals. Does this negatively impact the piece?
