Subject:Need help identifying this drawing- signed

This is 1 of 3 drawings on some type of paste board. there are Months noted in pencil on the back of each drawing. the one shown in photos has Feb on back. there is Chinese writing on the front and back (see photos). Could be signature on front and some kind of identifying mark on the back. any help translating the notations is greatly appreciated.
