Would someone be able to tell me if these two panels are signed and by whom? Or is the calligraphy a poem? Thank you!

風静不知飛何處　
別有天地非遠間
The wind is still and I do not know where to fly
There is an another heaven and earth not far away

洪憲元年製　-　Made in the 1st Year of Hongxian
(Hongxian is the era name of the restored monarchy by Yuan Shikai, used between Dec.12 1915 and March 22 1916 (83 days). Real historical artifacts with this era name are very rare. - I can't vouch for the originality of your paanel)
The red seal is just production check mark.

江山有分服終青
少年豪氣武年成
There are places in the counrty that have been changed to final green
Year when powerful young boys become heroes

Thank you so much. I believe I read that if the piece says Hongxian and isn’t marked with the Ju Ren Tang seal it’s not authentic? Do you know if that’s the case?
