Subject:Handpainted Watercolours Signed Red Dragon Seal Mark

I have two handpainted watercolour paintings which are signed with a red dragon like seal - can anyone please help me identify the artist?

Not a dragon. More likely a tiger.

This style of seal is a development based on a Han dynasty picture seal style, and can be sometimes found among Qing dynasty and contemporary seals. The character is the family name Li 李.

The bold characters above the seal read '榮中' (Rong Zhong), 'In the midst of splendor', an obvious reference to the peonies, I'd think.

Best regards to all,

Bill H.
