This is a repro of a Hiroshige I print titled "Gion Shrine in Snow" from the series Famous Places in Kyoto. The original was printed circa 1835. Yours may be the same 1934 version as the one in the link below.

This the "Gion Shrine in Snow" by Japanese woodblock print artist Utagawa Hiroshige (1797 – 12 October 1858). According to information at the link below, the publisher Watanabe reprinted it in the late 1940s-early 50s. Yours seems not to have the Watanabe seals of that time, so maybe the forum's Japanese experts can give you a date based on the other seal and writing.
