I have a chinese watercolour which has a seal and is signed - can anyone please help me with the signature and / or the seal?

Thank you so much for your reply - I am hoping you can help me with the 3rd signature and seal I have posted recently (I forgot to post photos of it! but have done this now).

Also I see in each of the ones you have identified for me they are just a surname - is this correct and is this common for artists only to put their surname?

Dear Richard,
The pseudonyms are not surnames.
In China there about 400 commonly used surnames.
Chinese painters very often sign their works only with their first names, art-names, style names or pseudonyms. Unless they are not very famous, it is not possible to identify them by these.
