The Mark of your stem cups for drinking baijiu reads: "Da Ming Cheng hua nian zhi". That translates to
"Made in the reign of Chenghua in the great ming dynasty." Chenghua reigned from 1465-1487. But your pieces are much later export ware.
They are not famille rose, since for that category of overglaze enamels rose (pink) would be predominant in design. This is doucai instead, where underglaze outlines would first be painted in cobalt blue, whilst other colors in overglaze would later be filled in.
If you have further questions to your pieces or the producion process, don't hesitate to ask.

With kind regards

Madria
