This is a ivory piece thats 34 cm tall ;
Supose to be japanese and from the 19th century

Japanese Meiji period okimono, ca 1870s-80s.

The signature reads probably (from R to L) 'Sekigyoku' - eventually the characters also can be read as 'Ishitama'.
