This is too tricky for words. The seal is confusing - on purpose. The family name is Jiang 江. This is clearly shown in the smaller of the two seals (which by the way are up-side-down), but is carefully hidden in the larger seal with the 'water' radical drawn full length and the 'work' element shown small and in the top right corner.
This long water radical then contains the character 建 Jian. In the larger of the two seals, this character is written with the 'walking and stopping' radical instead of the correct 'long stride' radical.
Similarly the third character in the large seal is Yang 羊, but this is written in the smaller seal with the 'clothes' radical.
The fourth character in the large seal is Zhi 製, meaning 'made by'.
Jiang JianYang is not mentioned on my list of yixing potters.
