Subject:Sukhothai Pottery Dish with Double Ring Base
Posted By: Mike in Thailand Fri, Dec 26, 2014 IP: 183.89.158.63 OK, I have searched the internet looking for an example of a double ring base for this type of Pottery and have found nothing. I normally would see the tubular ring mark where it was broken off after firing. Doe's anyone know if this is correct and only done in a certain kiln? Other thoughts on the piece?
