This is a mark used by the Japanese workshop of the master bronze maker Murata Seimin (1761-1837) reading 'Dai Nippon Bunsei nen Seimin chû' (大日本 文政年 整珉鋳 - Great Japan, Bunsei years, cast by Seimin).
Bunsei corresponds with the period between 1818 and 1830 in the late Edo era - during Seimin's lifetime - but the notion 'Dai Nippon' refers certainly to the Meiji Period (1868-1912). For this reason, this koro should be dated early Meiji era, 1870s. The signature, used by bronzecaster Murata Seimin, is routinely found on pieces of somewhat later date.
