Subject:ID Asian Foot Bath
Posted By: Lisa Maier Mon, May 15, 2017 IP: 172.56.42.35 Hello, I was wondering if anyone could help me ID this Chinese Foot Bath mark. I am curious what the date may be, what the mark means and if it has any value. I have seen similar designs but don't know how to tell the age. It is approximately 22" x 14". Thank you! |

Posted By: Bill H Tue, May 16, 2017 The mark on your late 20th century foot bath reads down and across from the right as "Made for/by the Hall of Eternal Victory" (Yong sheng tang zhi - 永勝堂製). This would appear to be the Yongsheng (Eternal Victory) Ornamented Porcelain Factory in Hong Kong. Query the name in the forum search feature for the earlier threads |
