Subject:Silk painting signature

Hi, I was given a couple of beautiful silks of Ladies (possibly Geishas)with 3 character signature and red seal. I have tried to research, with little success, so hope someone can identify please?!

The ladies are Chinese in elegant dresses.
Inscription reads,
戊辰春　　The Year of Earth-Dragon (1988) Spring
Seal reads,
三石　　　　San Shi (Courtesy name of the artist)
On the net I could find only one contemporary
painter who fits into the above conditons,
His name is Qi San Shi (斉三石） from Fuzhou,Fujian Province.
