Help please identify the sculpture Avalokiteshvara (Bodhisattva & Buddhist Deity) - Chaturbhuja (4 hands)
To what period can it be attributed and is this collection a collector's interest among the collectors of the sculptures of ancient Tibet?

What size is the figure? There is no mention of size or item for comparison. The image itself is the most common Tibetan image of Chenrezig, the Buddha of Compassion. The middle two hands hold the wish fulfilling gem, the upper right hand holds a mala counting the beings freed from suffering through the mantra Om Mani Padme Hum and the upper left hand holds the Upshala or Lotus flower manifesting in whatever way is needed.
The style has not changed much over time. Looking at the quality of the metal work and the way the base is sealed and marked, it appears to be a good quality figure but of dubious age. The color and patina wear are very even and don't show the kind of wear you would expect from cleaning or use nor do they show the kind of discoloration or damage from weathering if it were unearthed.
Without seeing and touching a piece, it is very difficult to date it,, but from the number of similar statues I have handled I would guess it to be most likely a vintage 20th century item.
Its value is in the quality of manufacturing, not its age
