Looking to get some more opinion and information of this:

Large aprox. 40cm high and quite heavy, porcelain blue & white jar. Couple of deep rust spots around. Visible yellowish afterglow in couple of places on the glaze. Nicely underglaze painted, water motive with a man on the raft (possibly fisherman) sailing at moat around the city walls.

3 character inscription in one of the photo.
No marks or sign underneath.

Any help with translation and possible age of jar will be highly appreciated.
