Hi. I have recently purchased two bamboo pipes which may well be opium pipes? I purchased them from two different auction sites. I have done some fairly extensive reading on the subject, having recently taken a real interest in Opium Antiques. Does anyone know anything about these? They both appear to be used and one comes with a small wooden container. I'm aware that bowls are normally ceramic (to cool the vapour) and that bowl apertures are normally very small, whereas these are a good few millimetres in diameter. Thanks in advance. Mr. Blow
