I ask for your help to identify the artist that made this drawing. I have great problems with chinese monograms !

I couln'd find any painter under this name neither in Chinese browsers nor in painters name dictionaries.

Sorry to tell that the middle "Yun" character
in the name of Yang Yun Long (Who you can find on
the net) is written with different character
雲　Yun ,in full　楊雲龍 Yang Yun Long.　
The name on your picture is clearly written
with　裕　Yu . Different painter.
