What kind of plants are depicted on her kimono and what is their meaning?

Hello Felix - This is a print by Suzuki Harunobu called "Bijin (Beauty) in Rain", (江戸時代), which was printed originally in the Edo Period 18c roughly. The Ukiyo-E database has it in the collections of the Tokyo Museum primarilly. https://ukiyo-e.org/image/tnm/C0076399

With respect to the pattern on the Kimono it could be a traditional nature motif with new growth of leaves from a plum tree though I'll have to defer to someone with more expertise on Kimonos. I'd recommend focusing your search on what's available online with respect to Kimono patterns. (https://www.vam.ac.uk/articles/kimono)
Cheers!

The flower depicted is Japanese family crest (mon) motif of the Paulownia, or Empress tree. The mon was used by the Prime Minister of Japan.
