Subject:Identifying the artist and mark

Hello, Could some one please identify who is the artist and what is the meaning of the red stamps? This is a painting that looks as if it is done by ink, but I could be wrong.

Right top seal reads,
琴居士　　Retired scholar with zither
(This is a sobfriquet seal)
Text reads,
秋江漁楽　Autumn river,joyful fishing
一蒼　　　Yi Cang　（Painter`s courtesy name)
1st Seal
Two characters compressed, pic is not clear,
can‘t read it.
2nd seal,
一蒼　　　 Yi Cang (Same as above)
With these informations I could not find any
painter on the net. Maybe the reading of the 1st seal carries the cue.
