Looks like a rather poor copy (or simulation) of a painting by Qi BaiShi.

He never signed a painting like that, and the seal (which is not one of Qi's anyway) is upside down.

Qi Baishi.

He is quite a famous 20th artist and there are numerous copies of his works.

From the photos, the quality does not seem to match up well, but worth investigating.

Signature,
白石 ― Baishi (White Stone)
Seal, 白石 - Baishi (Upside down)
Art-name, In my ID dictionaries there are four artist listed with this art-name without signature and seal samples.

Thank you for your replies, they are very much appreciated. I never had a scroll before, just porcelain, so this is an opportunity to learn.

Even though this seems to be a copy, with a mistake, I attached a link below in case anyone else, like me was not familiar with Qi Baishi.

Thank you.
