Hi - I recently acquired a large Chinese painting from a family member and I am trying to understand it’s age, or who the artist might be.. could you help?

This is a modern painting in traditional style, probably not older than the 1990s， that is claiming to be by Yuan painter Sheng Mou (from the inscriptions attached on either side), but has no relationship to his style. The seals are fake imperial seals imitating those of the Qianlong emperor.

古渡横舟　　-　Old ferry landing with boat(s) alongside

Thanks Jim - just trying to work out whether to put it into a local UK auction (opposed to keeping it), under the title of “traditional 20th century Chinese painting after Sheng Mou”?? May reach a few hundred pounds due to it being aesthetically pleasing?
