Arita-yaki from Yamatoku kiln (山徳窯）
Inscription,
富貴屋ｘ　-　Fukiya x
Fukiya - usually a restaurant or hotel name
The x character is just a space filler.

Seeing the 1st picture I thought: Chinese, because of the decoration and the dragon having 5 claws. Japanese dragons usually have only 3 claws. But there are always exceptions.

However, on the 3rd picture there is an impressed mark which says: "Yamatoku" ヤマトク in Katakana. Yamatoku is a kiln in the Saga Prefecture and was named after Yamaguchi Tokuichi (i.e., Yama & Toku). Yamatoku usually makes Arita pieces.

The black signature looks like a very sloppy Fuki 富貴 Choshun 長春 mark, but I'm not sure about the Choshun part, the 2 characters look very different.

No idea about age, could be 1920's or 1930's.

Nice plate. Most five toe dragons are Chinese but this is Japanese. The impressed mark, from Gothenburg.com: 1096. Impressed mark: Yamatoku (Mountain virtue). Mark when impressed is in 'katagana' characters. Arita, Imari porcelain. On Igezara transfer ware plates this mark occurs mostly around 1910-20.

I’m not familiar with the other mark.
