I would be very grateful if someone could translate the script on my picture and, if possible, identify the artist. many thanks

- Bizan-saku (Japanese)
- Misan-tsak (Korean)
Painted by "Beautiful Hill" - Art-name
Seal,
美山　　　- Meishan-Bizan-Misan
The painter could be Chinese, Japanese or Korean. I could not find out from the above art-name.
(Style,signature and seal do not match with the Japanese painter Sasaki Bizan's (1876 -) signature etc.)
