On top the orchid of Koransha and the characters read: Fukagawa sei (Made by Fukagawa).

Mark: Fukagawa 深川 Sei 製 (made by Fukagawa).
Above the signature is the Koransha orchid, which signifies the Fukagawa Koransha company (Scented Orchid Company) that was founded by Eizaemon Fukagawa in 1875.
Date can be anything between 1880 till 1940.
