Subject:Chinese Hanging Scroll - Calligraphy

Hi, I was hoping someone may be able to help me decipher this Chinese calligraphy?
It is basically four lines of seal script calligraphy, rendered again in clerical script to the left.
I think the Hanzi are -
经商信義(义)坚如铁
谋利公平客似亲
生意兴隆通四海
财源茂盛达三江
I can find reference to line one, three and four, but line two yields no results, so I am still unsure of the correct translation.
I think it is dated 2013, and was executed in Handan City, but I cannot identify some of the hanzi in the signature panel.
In the leisure seal, I can see 吉洋?意 (Not 100% sure)
And in the main seal I can only make out 玉.
If anyone can help me figure this one out it would be very much appreciated!
