Utagawa Hiroshige 1794-1858
Japanese ukiyo-e artist. The original print is dated c.1834.

This looks like a repro of the Japanese woodblock print "Evening Shower along the Tadasu River" (Tadasugawara no yūdachi) from Hiroshige's series Famous Places in Kyoto (Kyōto meisho no uchi). See links below:

This is a re-carved later version of woodblock by Ando Hiroshige, the famous japanese artist
