Subject:Re: cloisonne vase

The forum's well-informed cloisonné contributor Beadiste may have more authoritative comments to share, but my recollection is that this pattern was one that appeared in the marketplace circa 1980 and later, after China finished updating its cloisonné industry following the Cultural Revolution. Here are some live auction results for items in the same pattern (one a different color), all of which lots were offered as "vintage". The first item, a large bowl, was dated--optimistically I think--to the 1950s-60s and sold for $100, while a vase of a form differing slightly from yours fetched only $10. The other pieces were passed over by bidders. You might find other results if you have the time to conduct your own more leisurely research of sites like liveauctioneers.com and ebay.com.
