A typical forgery for modern antique market,
Here is the translation of inscriptions,
天寶 - *Tianbao - (Title of reign 742-756)
永樂大典 - Yongle Dadian - Great Canon of Yongle
An encyclopaedia commissioned by the Yongle Emperor of the Ming, containing over 22,000 sectons, but never printed, only transcribed. The original volumes were kept in Nanking, but two transcribed copies were made in 1557, and preserved in Peking. Fewer than 4oo volumes survive today scattered about the world.
御製珍品翰林院 - Made by Imperial Order at the Hanlin Academy
古物上品鑒審入庫 - Top grade antique, inspected at warehouse entry
The fake seals are of the successive imperial collections.
* The encyclopaedia itself was commissioned in the 15th century - and the Tianbao reign name do not hang together.
With regards,
