A friend showed me an interesting framed figure. The figure is displayed in a small box and is wearing a metallic mask and has long orange hair. Any idea what this is?

a ghost/devil figure from Japanese noh drama. Also spelled no.

Thanks. The figure is about 10 inches tall. Would you have any idea of the value of the piece and can you translate the writing?
