Subject:Ceramic Opium Pot

This small pot I think is an opium pot. It measures 3.5 inches high & 3 inches at the widest point. It has no markings & is very old. All the metal ware on it is hand done. It has a metal handle, a metal spout with a metal rod (connected to a chain which is attached to the handle). The rod sits in the spout. There is a metal band around the base. It is decorated with a dragon, & what looks like a cloud. it is remarkable with no chips or cracks, just crazing.
Can anyone tell me something about it, especially how old it is? What dynasty is it from?
And is it worth getting valued?

The metal mounts look rather modern to me and the ceramic body suggests Vietnamese ware of the early to mid 20th century. Such limepots are usually only found in SE Asia in countries where the chewing of betel is a common practice - Thailand, Burma, Vietnam, etc.
