I do not believe that this is a Ching dynasty carving! I would go along with the mid-90th.

I believe mid 19th century is still within the Qing dynasty. Thanks for the clarification.

I think he meant mid-20th century or 1950s and I agree. This piece, judging by its material or workmanship is unlikely that of Qing dynasty
