Hi again,
In my former post I asked why? but was also thinking how did you get such good pictures of it and of the bottom as well. Now I think to have the answer why, how and who. :-).
In another post (somewhere down here) I all ready wrote that this Dehua/ blanc de Chine isn't my erea and this ware is very, very hard to date but I tried to do some tricks with Photoshop but couldn't make the "He Chaozong Yin" mark out of it. Having it in hand I think one should see it.
So why didn't the expert saw it was a piece of He Chaozong and (if he did) why dated the expert the piece as 18th. century and not as early 17th. (late Ming).
Sorry, more question than answers, so not of a good help but maybe others have answers as well.
