Subject:Hand made Chinese piece (lattice? Multiple parts)

Hello,

I work for a furniture and carpet store in North Carolina. This is a hand made piece I am looking to gather more information on. Age? History? Etc?

There are a few pieces that look just like this, like a set almost?

I can't see any photos but am wondering if you have a Chinese bed? They come apart.
