I'm glad you added the word 'possibly' for your second posting.

While the base looks Oriental to me, the characters are quite confounding.

Who ever wrote them was either copying from some other source, or a Chinese or Japanese person with a great sense of humour. Because the characters are a confection. The first looks like it started out in life as 器 meaning an implement or weapon ; the second looks like an attempt at 德 meaning morals or good conduct ; the third looks as if it was an attempt at 鳳 meaning the Phoenix ; and the fourth and final is a mishmash of the character 製, which is the conventional final character of marks, meaning to have been made by.

If you guessed South East Asia, you could be on the money, but of fairly recent manufacture.

I've checked this item. I've been collecting chinese antique porcelain for a while.It isnot a modern piece . Those chinese characters are really a headache. Those chinese strokes were written nicely but could be misspelled or written by japanese , korean perhap. Thankss for your answere. I still hope to have others opinion

The third character COULD BE 原 : (original / primary / raw / level / cause / source) ???
The piece also have other blessing symbols, please have a look.

Thank for your help, The third character look similar to 原 meaning origin, raw, does it?? or sur name JUÀN ??

This is antique chinese porcelain for export to the Vietnamese court (bleu de Hue) 19th century

Thanks for your commence, I have seen the very similar Bleu de Hue covered bowl with no mark but have exactly the same symbols. I have guess the mark could be 製 原 德 器 KHÍ ĐẾ NGUYÊN CHẾ

I have one exactly the same as yours with the same mark.It is thought to be of approximately Daoguang period
