Subject:Signature on a Japanese Meiji period Bronze Vase

I need a signature on a Meiji (1868-1912) period bronze vase translated. I attached a photo of the signature too. I was told that the signature was in Japanese Kanji script. Thanks in advance.

It may be a very cursive 'Fukuyama' (福山), which is a Japanese place name and surname.
