Subject:Please help identify painting on a cup

Dear experts!
Could somebody please identify the painting on the cup the pic of which is attached?
What's is its name and who is the author?
What do the small hieroglyphs say? What do the big hieroglyphs say? :)

What do the two big black hieroglyphs say below?
And what's the meaning of the hieroglyphs in red?

in kangji both the caligraghy(dark and the mark(red)wrote a name: peace ocean
