Subject:Chinese porcelain vase ID
Posted By: willows Tue, Jul 08, 2014 IP: 75.49.250.232 I picked this up at a local thrift store the other day. The vase has a Yongzheng seal script mark (apocryphal?) on the base and measures about 11 inches high. The glaze appears too shiny to indicate any real age, but I am not an expert so any help the forum can offer would be greatly appreciated. |

Marks of this type weren't used at all during the Yongzheng period (1723-1735). There are differences in the painting styles as well. |
