Subject:powder blue? jar .. age help needed

Good evening..
I am hoping to get help with a powder blue jar that has traces of a gold design. Would the unglazed mouth of the jar and the inside of the lid indicate that the lid and jar were fired together.. and would that help indicate the age of the jar? Any help as to age and jar glaze color would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
