Subject:Japanese Watercolor

Hey there, I recently picked up this beautiful Japanese (?) watercolor and was looking for some help identifying it's name, who made it and when. Any help whatsoever would be greatly appreciated.

The three words on the margin (left of the woman's hairdo) say "After Fan Zeng," the Chinese artist whose work this closely resembles. The top seal reads Zhao (something) Xing, presumably the person who did this.
