Know that these blue patterned crackle-ware goods were very popular 1890-1920

Its Qing Dynasty GuangXu, possibly 1900, Ge Porcelain. Crackle and glaze looks alright.
Footrim cannot tell, without closeup.
Chinese word is "FU", which means Good Fortune, or Fortune, expressed in different chinese writings over the many Dynasties.
