Subject:Name of sculptor for marble Banjara Couple

I am trying to confirm the name of the sculptor that created the 13" rust and green marble sculpture entitled Banjara Couple. It is an exquisite piece featuring a man playing sitar and a woman dancing. The piece was purchased in 1994 from Jaipaul in Philadelphia. The paperwork from the purchase states it was by Shiv Dayal Sharma, a national awardee and an acclaimed artist. I question if this is correct as I'm unable to find any info online searching that name. Any assistance is appreciated.

Shri Shiv Dayal, P. O. Mandri, Gazi Ka Thana, Distt. Alwar, Rajasthan, India got national handicraft award in Stone Carving in the year of 1973.
